INFORMATION ON OUR NEW RANGE - REFRACTORY METALS

MG Sanders Refractory Metals are a range of materials with exceptional heat, wear and corrosion resistant properties.

The very high melting point of these materials make them unsuitable for processing through traditional fabricating processes, and consequently they are produced by powder metallurgy. Powders of pure or alloyed metals are compacted and sintered.

Refractory metals can be cold worked into plate, sheet, foil bar, tube or pipe.

In addition to the MG Sanders range of Tungsten and Tungsten alloys, we stock a range of Molybdenum, Niobium, Zirconium, Tantalum and their alloys.
